B2C CUSTOMER ASSISTANT
This is not an FAQ chatbot. 180 seconds is an assistant that helps the customer choose the right product, variant, or solution — in minutes.

The customer asks, compares, searches.
B2C Customer Assistant identifies the need and matches the right product, variant, or solution — without guessing, without involving a sales associate.
Works wherever the customer is looking for the best choice on their own: on your website, in e-commerce, in a configurator, in a service offer.
Assistants combine AI logic, decision psychology, and the LeanSense 4Q methodology. No IT integration. First use on the day of launch.

problem

If the customer asks, compares — and still can't decide
The customer asks but doesn't buy
There's interest, but no move toward a decision.
Hard to match the right solution
The customer sees too many options and doesn't know which one is best for them.
Products are more advanced than the way they're explained
The customer doesn't get a simple explanation of why this variant is better for them than the others.
High traffic ends without a decision
Inquiries come in, but they don't convert into a choice, an order, or further contact.
solution

How it works
1
The customer brings their situation
They say what they're looking for, what matters to them, their budget, and what's important.
2
The assistant narrows the choice
It guides the customer through a short sequence of questions based on LeanSense 4Q and organizes what the customer truly needs.
3
The customer gets the right choice
The right product, the right variant, the right upsell or cross-sell — matched to their situation.

The AI assistant guides the customer through the purchase process — from first contact through 9 sequences in the sales process to closing in 180 seconds.

What's inside

This is not one mode. These are two layers of work of the AI Assistant.
Operational layer
What does this assistant do in practice?
  • Helps identify what the customer is truly looking for
  • Shows values relevant to the customer's specific need
  • Narrows the choice to the right product or variant
  • Compares options in a simple way
  • Matches the right upsell or cross-sell
  • Can prepare a simple offer, bundle, or preliminary solution selection
Communication layer
What to say to the customer?
  • Adapts the message to the situation
  • Adapts the message to the customer type
  • Adapts the message to the buying archetype
  • Maintains the right conversation sequence

The assistant can work on selected products and product groups — to better present, compare, and sell them. Where it makes sense, it can also link to a product, assign a discount code, build a bundle, or prepare a ready-made message with a configuration.
The entire process from welcome to closing takes 180 seconds
WHAT CHANGES AFTER IMPLEMENTATION

Results that follow from the mechanism of action — not from a marketing promise.
The AI assistant 180 seconds works by identifying needs, shortens response time, and creates more sales opportunities.

For the customer
Finds the right product, variant, or solution faster
Compares options within a given budget more easily
Better understands the differences between solutions
Makes a decision more easily
Less likely to abandon the choice along the way
Less likely to feel they bought something that wasn't quite right for them
Result: a simpler choice, a more informed decision, and a better customer experience.

For the company
More customers reach a decision
Fewer inquiries require manual handling
Easier to sell products that need a clear explanation
Selection, matching, and closing happen faster
Basket value grows through meaningful upsell and cross-sell
Fewer returns caused by poor matching
Result: faster sales, better qualification, and less traffic loss.

For the sales team
Less time spent on repetitive questions
Less manual variant matching
Better customer qualification before human contact
The sales associate receives a customer closer to a decision
Easier to continue the conversation around a specific choice
Result: fewer simple conversations, more time for situations where a human is truly needed.
The effects above result directly from the assistant's mechanism of action and are confirmed by the logic of the intervention, consumer behavior research, decision psychology, and data from LeanSense 4Q. They are not a marketing promise.

POWERED BY LEANSENSE 4Q

This is not a quick "product showcase".
This is a protocol that guides the customer from need to the right choice.
At its core is the LeanSense 4Q methodology — 30 years of practice, 9,000 training participants, decision psychology encoded in the architecture. Not in the instructions. In the structure.

Compression instead of interrogation
The assistant doesn't overwhelm with questions. It organizes the situation down to what is truly needed.
Autonomy instead of pressure
The method supports the decision without taking control away from the person. This reduces resistance and makes it easier to move forward.
A decision at the end, not chaos
It guides the customer to the right product, variant, or solution — with purpose, not by chance.

Q&A

Frequently asked questions
Customer Assistant 180 seconds B2C / retail

Purchase and payments
1. What exactly am I buying?
You are buying access to the selected customer assistant, including implementation and service.
Result: you know exactly what you're buying — no surprises.
2. How does billing work?
Billing is monthly or annual. You can use the Customer Assistant in any communication channel — website, e-commerce, form, configurator — and you always pay once, per the pricing, per unit. Not per channel.
Result: one subscription, any number of channels — no cost multiplication.
3. How do payments work?
Minimum 3 months of cooperation + a one-time implementation fee, then monthly or annual billing. Simple entry model: launch + 3 months of use, then a decision on continued use.
Result: low entry threshold and full control over continued use.
4. How does cancellation work?
Cancelling the assistant is simple. A short email is all it takes: stating that the number of stores / sales points is being reduced, or that the organization is discontinuing the solution entirely. The change takes effect from the next billing period.

No need to:
- log out users,
- take any action on the employee side,
- perform additional technical steps,
- follow a complex formal procedure.

After the billing period ends, the access link is simply deactivated.
Result: exiting is as simple as entering — no locks, no procedures.

Technology and security
5. Does the assistant work on the free version of ChatGPT?
Yes. It works on the free version of ChatGPT within OpenAI's model limits. For simple use cases it works very smoothly. In more demanding scenarios (image analysis, large data sets) limits may be reached faster.
Result: works immediately, at no additional cost to the customer.
6. Does it require IT integration or technical implementation?
No. The assistant does not require integration with POS, CRM, or ERP systems, does not require employee accounts, logging into a separate system, or an IT project. It works via a link from the day of launch. Implementation is organizational, not technical.
Result: zero burden on IT — implementation requires no technical project.
7. Are conversations recorded? Is personal data processed?
No. Conversations are not recorded by us. We do not build a conversation database or a user database. We do not require customers' personal data. We recommend not entering data that identifies stores, individuals, or sensitive business information.
Result: full compliance with the AI Act and GDPR — no risk on the company side.
8. On what devices does the assistant work?
It works anywhere there is internet — on phones, tablets, laptops, and computers. Regardless of the operating system (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS). No additional software installation required.

On a phone — current situation, a shelf photo, a display. On a computer — files, Excel, PDFs, longer analyses. No special hardware infrastructure required.
Result: works wherever the customer is — no installation, no barriers.

What's inside and how it works
9. What's inside the assistant?
Three layers at once: a knowledge base about your offer (products, variants, pricing, links), the LeanSense 4Q diagnostic methodology encoded in the conversation structure, and matching and recommendation logic adapted to the customer's situation.
Result: the assistant doesn't just answer questions — it guides the customer through the choice and recommends the right product.
10. Can the assistant be customized to our products and brand language?
Yes. The assistant can include a product layer, pricing, return policy, sales and service language, and your brand's communication style. It operates in the reality of your store, offer, and communication standard.
Result: the customer talks to an assistant that knows your brand and your offer.
11. What do I need to prepare for implementation?
A list of your products or services in one file — in a structured format you receive from us. For each product we need: name, code (if used), category, features (material, size, parameters, intended use), benefits, price, and a link to the product page.
You don't need to write marketing copy or design conversation scenarios — that's our job. You provide the facts about your offer; we turn them into the structure the assistant uses in conversations with your customers.
When the offer changes — you send an updated file in the same format. We replace it and the assistant immediately works with the current data. Always the full file, never fragments — this ensures the assistant knows exactly the offer you want to sell.
Result: implementation doesn't require a copywriter or consultant — just your offer data.
12. Can the customer send a photo of a product?
Yes. The customer can upload a photo of a product they saw — in a store, at a friend's place, online — and ask: 'I'm looking for something similar.' The assistant will describe what it sees in the photo and match the closest products from your offer by features: color, type, intended use, category. Do not include sensitive or personal data.
Result: the customer doesn't need to know the product name — it's enough to know what they're looking for visually.
13. Does the assistant work in multiple languages?
Yes. It can work in English, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, German, and French. It can also be customized to a specific language and communication style adopted by the organization.
Result: one assistant serves customers in multiple languages with no additional configuration.
14. How does the assistant recognize products?
Yes — in two ways.
By code or name. If the customer knows the product code, model, or name — the assistant finds it immediately and provides the full description, price, and link. This is the fastest path.
By need and features. If the customer doesn't know a specific product — which is most often the case — the assistant conducts a short interview: what do you need it for, in what conditions, what's your budget, what matters to you. Based on this, it searches the offer by features and matches the product to the customer's situation. It doesn't show the entire catalog — it recommends 1–3 products that fit.
The customer can also send a photo — for example, of a product they saw or something they like. The assistant will describe what it sees and match the closest products from the offer by features: color, type, intended use, category.
Result: the customer doesn't need to know your offer. The assistant knows it for them — and guides them to the right choice.
Access and development
16. Will the assistant keep improving?
Yes. It develops on two levels: alongside OpenAI technology advances, and alongside methodology, configuration, and operational logic improvements. In practice, this means increasingly accurate answers, better context understanding, and growing usefulness in day-to-day store operations.
Result: the longer you use it, the better it works — no need to switch tools.
Implementation

No IT integration. First use on the day of launch.
The AI assistant 180 seconds does not require connection to store systems, POS, CRM, or any software. It works on a phone or computer and uses the free version of ChatGPT from OpenAI.
Implementation is an organizational process, not a technical one.

Four implementation stages
1
Calibration
LeanSense 4Q methodology encoded in the conversation structure, configuration for your offer and pricing, support and updates.
2
Build and configuration
Analysis of your offer, knowledge base build, scenario configuration, testing, and launch.
Implementation time: 1–3 weeks.
3
Testing
Assistant tested with a selected group of customers.
4
Rollout
Full-scale implementation.

What implementation does not require

POS / CRM / ERP integration
The assistant works on data pasted manually into the chat
IT project / technical department
No API, no system accounts, no installation
Changes to reporting processes
The assistant works alongside existing systems, not instead of them
Special hardware infrastructure
The sales associate's phone. A browser. That's it.
